Shipping & Returns

We ship to any address in the world, from green beans to roasted coffee and cacao foods.

We roast coffee on demand, 3 days a week to ensure you receive your product in the perfect freshest peak. Most orders ship the next day they are purchased. With this process, COLOMBINO COFFEE & CACAO delivers the greatest coffee of all times from Colombia in the US.

*Please keep in mind that we are a micro-batch, direct trade relationship coffee company.  We pride ourselves on dealing directly with farmers at origin, roasting with tons of care and delivering the richest coffee possible to your doorstep.

Once your order is received, we start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped out, the delivery process you selected with your shipping options will begin.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page.

We can not accept returns of opened bags. Please keep in mind this is a food and once its opened it cant be returned. 

If your bag is not opened and you want to return the item, you must do it within 5 calendar days after the order is received.
