Mr. Axel Tuekten is a farmer located in the municipality of La Venta, Cajibio, south of CAUCA department in COLOMBIA. At his farm, he has lead new and innovative processes, to create value with fully controlled fermentations, new post harvest techniques, and exotic varietals.
The GEISHA varietal we bring you today, highlights sweet and fruity fragrance, with notes of brown sugar, subtle orange, strawberry, blueberries and milk chocolate. The aroma has an intense sweetness and fruitiness, with notes of jasmine, lemongrass, orange and honey. Flavor has sweet and fruity notes that highlight berries, red apple and almond. It has a medium acidity and tartaric sensation with a pleasant and pronounced residual flavor, with notes of caramel and walnut; The body is medium and velvety.
