The hard part, already done.
A proper espresso martini usually asks for a machine, a fresh shot and a shaker full of nerve. This asks for a bottle and ten seconds.
Inside: Colombian coffee brewed strong, sweetened with our homemade panela syrup — unrefined cane, slow-cooked so it keeps the molasses depth that white sugar loses. Clove brings a slow warmth underneath. Vanilla rounds the edges. Nothing else.
No corn syrup, no artificial flavor, no alcohol — you pour that part yourself.
To serve: 2 oz concentrate, 2 oz vodka, ice. Shake hard. The foam takes care of itself.
Everything but the vodka.
