This smart scale is designed to weigh coffee, calculate extraction ratios and assist in parsing out pours, and display your brew’s progress. The handy ratio calculation function helps you determine the perfect recipe for the amount of coffee beans you have to brew and clearly displays the specifications on the digital screen. The scale accurately calculates the amount of water used per pour and assists you in achieving those volumes in real time. The percentage of your brew completed is shown on screen. Here is an example of how it works. If you use 20g of ground coffee and you select an extraction ratio of 1:15, the total amount of hot water suggested and displayed will be 300g. The screen will show "Current amount of hot water (g) ÷ Total amount of hot water (g) x 100 = Current ratio (%)". ① Extraction Ratio
