Grown amidst volcanic soils by Mr. Hernando Meko Gutierrez at 1,750 m.a.s.l and following precise instructions from Dave (co-founder), we have developed this profile to make solid espresso drinks and milk infused preparations. We use honey processed beans, roasted to a medium dark point to bring all the caramels to a fancy point and let you enjoy the sweetness of 100% Colombian Coffees.
